• The rules listed below must be followed at all times by all participants who register on the VQ platform.

• Understand and will follow the rules.

Allowed devices:

Tournament Rules:

Online Qualifier:

• Online Qualifications will start on the 7th of November till the 10th of November 2022.

• Successfully registered participants will be divided into groups.

• The tournament will be played in a Solo format.

• Participants from each online qualifier series will qualify for the next stage.

• 11th to 20th on the leaderboard from each game in their group will be gathered in standby group (in case any player from the qualified players did not attend they can replace them)

Offline Finals :

• Finals will be Offline in ICT Connecta - Cairo 28th Of November

Important rules :

• It is not possible to change the account during the tournament for any reason.

• It is not possible to change the account data that you registered on the site until the end of the tournament.

• Glitches or bugs are not allowed, and anyone who violates this will be disqualified.

• Intentionally losing the opposing team is one of the methods of cheating.

• Account names that contain verbal abuse or degrading expressions are not allowed and may need to be changed in order to participate in the tournament

• In the event that the opposing team is questioned, you must wait for the decision of the person responsible for your match and abide by his decision until the end of the match, then you can protest against his decision.

• The maximum wait before the match starts is 10 minutes, and whoever violates this will be eliminated, and the other team will be considered the winner in this match.

• You must participate in a stable internet, as your sudden exit from the matches is your own problem.

• Matches must be recorded from all sides ,In case of failure to provide the recording from any player the team will be disqualified.

• Recording must be for all the rounds and featuring the voice commands

• It is strictly forbidden to write in All mode at the start of the match and whoever violates this will be disqualified.

• When a player notices any kind of cheating, he informs VQ moderators.

• It is not permitted to review or protest any decision made by VQ regarding the review of fraud reports.

• You must have a Discord account and join the VQ server.

• Team Captain and players must register on the website, you can modify your registration data on the site before closing the registration.

Recording

• Recording is required of all players.

• Filming method:

• Full-screen capture.

• Hand cam Recording (there is no second screen connected to the device, the imaging quality must be good.

• The described methods of Recording are important and required of all players, and in the absence of Recording, the player will be excluded from the tournament.

Cheats:

• All forms of cheating in VQ matches are prohibited.

• It is forbidden to use any kind of defect during the tournament.

• You need to screen record while playing.

• If it becomes known to VQ officials that any form of cheating has been used to benefit a player during a VQ match, VQ reserves the right to penalize them to the fullest of the rules available (excessive use of cheats (eg aimbot, wallhack, multi hack) is punishable by a ban for a period of time. 2 years of VQ Furthermore, all player stats from the last 12 months will be removed. The removal of stats consists only of game ladders where the player was caught cheating.). By breaking any rule, the player risks being banned or disqualified entirely from a particular league or from all leagues.

• The cheater gets a one-time opportunity to submit an article on the topic of cheating in multiplayer games. The exact topic of the article was set by VQ.
  The full essay must be submitted within 24 hours after selecting the topic. Then it will be reviewed for a week. If it complies with the requirements (shape and length) and if its content is compelling, the cheater may get a chance for rehabilitation. The penalty points for the offense of cheating are reduced.

• In the case of a request to photograph, the two parties are asked to send a photograph, and neither of the parties is allowed to view the photograph of the other party, and the decision is determined by the organizers.

• Illegal software and configuration modifications

• Blocks programs that provide a feature during gameplay (such as drivers that allow removal of walls such as ASUS or Wallhack). Any programs that change the game itself are prohibited.

• New software and/or modifications

• The use of new software and/or modifications is prohibited as long as they are not listed as legal.

players:

• Names restricted by law will not be accepted and will be deleted and penalized with penalty points if any. Nor will it accept names contrary to all forms of good manners and morals.

• The player is not allowed to delete his account and register with a new account and all his points will be deleted.

• The player cannot change his name at any time. Names must match what was registered in the tournament.

Tournament System:

• Qualification phase (Best of 1 match)

• Round 16 to semi-finals (Best of 3)

• Finals (Best of 5) ( Offline in ICT Connecta - Cairo )

Point System :

• In case of two players drawing in the total points we will take total rank points.

• If the two players draw in total rank points we will calculate the average rank for all games.

In case of protest:

• The incident must be documented with screenshots. You need to hand it over to the responsible official in the event of a protest.

• If a player suspects that another player is violating a rule during a match, a demonstration can be requested from the opposing player immediately. Officials are called only when in doubt

• It continues to exist even after watching demos. In this case, the player can proceed and send game offers to the administrator. The administrator will then take appropriate action.

• The responsible administrator decides whether the offense has affected the game to such an extent that it cannot be evaluated and must be deleted. Infringements by the losing players rarely result in a match being disqualified.

• In certain cases, the penalties imposed by the administrators may differ from the penalty points calculated and may be transferred to other platforms. Officials can impose penalties or remove matches for offenses not listed here.

Data and records:

• Non-existent screenshots lead to the assumption of a so-called "fake match", a match that never happened. Screenshots must be uploaded within 24 hours after the game ends. It must be kept for at least 14 days and must be presented to the player or administrator upon request.

insults:

• All insults that occur will be punished. This mainly includes swearing during a match.

• Severe insults such as extreme statements or threats to harm someone can lead to severe penalties including disqualification and account deletion on VQ. The maximum insult will also be taken into account.

• Insults can only be reported through the VQ server on Discord messages or the website.
